Meet Dr. Scoggins

I am a native of Tulsa, Oklahoma and have a very extensive and diverse background. My career started as a Registered Nurse, specializing in the emergency room and working around the world as a travel nurse. I served as a commissioned officer in the U.S. Army and served in Desert Storm. My community interests led me to become an Oklahoma City Police Officer, where I served as a patrolman, an undercover officer, and later assigned to Public Affairs, teaching the drug prevention program DARE.

After completing a Masters Degree and Doctorate Degree in Public Health, I subsequently opened, and am currently CEO, of a behavioral health and motivational center in Los Angeles, California, ESTEEM. While we specialize in developing anger management and domestic violence programs for major corporations and individuals, we provide training for violence in the workplace, post traumatic stress intervention, life management coaching and offer a variety of state certified continuing education classes, including IV Therapy & Blood withdrawal, NCLEX Board Review for RNs & LVNs and many more! ESTEEM’s motto is to “comfort those who are afflicted and afflict those who are comfortable”.

Additionally, for the last 25 years, I have taken great pride in being a real estate professional. I am VERY pleased to be an associate broker with the Esteem Team at Roger Davis Estates, a FULL SERVICE real estate and property management company in Beverly Hills, California.

In my spare time I am a professional singer.
